摘　　要：在风险社会背景下,集群化旅游安全事件是旅游目的地安全管理面临的巨大挑战,但目前学界对聚合化、群落化形态的旅游安全事件集群尚缺乏基本的概念界定和测度指标。文章对集群的相关概念进行了辨析,并从本体论视角建立了旅游安全事件集群的概念框架,同时基于多学科基础建构了目的地旅游安全事件集群的测度体系。研究发现:(1)安全领域“事件集群”的产生依托主体对象集聚的二元结构效应;(2)本体论的“实体-结构-属性-功能/作用”的理论结构为认知旅游安全事件集群的概念框架提供了逻辑基础,外部形态、内部结构、时空尺度和压力强度是构成事件集群概念框架的重要结构维度;(3)密度、重心、轮廓、多样性、集中性、演化性、压力、烈度和强度等多维指标构成了事件集群的综合测度系统。该研究为科学认知旅游安全事件集群的本质内涵以及测度事件集群的内部结构特征提供了理论参考和工具支撑。The development and growth of China's tourism industry has been accompanied by the clustering and expansion of tourism safety incidents.Clusters of tourism safety incidents have become a significant obstacle to the quality development of tourism destinations.Focusing on clusters of tourism safety incidents is necessary for the safe development and governance of tourism destinations.However,at present,there is an academic lack of basic concept definitions and measurement indicators for clustering tourism safety incidents.The present study distinguishes the concepts related to clusters;it establishes a conceptual framework for clustering tourism safety incidents from an ontological perspective;it constructs a measurement system for clustering destination tourism safety incidents using a multidisciplinary basis.This study made the following findings.First,through concept tracing,we found that the concept of clusters is widely applied in ecology,economics,computer science,sociology,and other fields;clusters are commonly manifested as a group state comprising a large number of entities.At the same time,clusters of research objects in different disciplines are usually accompanied by the dual structure effect.In tourism safety research,the clustering of tourists will both drive development of the local tourism industry and cause the clustering of large-scale tourism safety incidents.Second,the ontological structure of"entity-structure-attribute-function"provides the logical basis for a conceptual framework for clustering cognitive tourism safety incidents.External spatial form,internal structure,spatiotemporal scale,and pressure intensity are important structural dimensions of the conceptual framework for incident clusters.Specifically,the external morphology of incident clusters is assessed through the distribution state,distribution pattern,and shape profile of geographic entities;the internal structure of incident clusters is measured through the taxonomic structure,degree of heterogeneity,and type weight of incident
