摘  要:秩序的研究已广泛深入各个领域,相关的研究成果丰富且具有深度。现有研究主要强调了节事作为秩序载体的功能作用,忽略了节事本身的秩序特征,尤其缺乏从管理学角度对节事空间进行关注,忽视节事参与者对节事空间的秩序感知。文章以广州国际灯光节为例,通过定性和定量的混合研究方法,探索节事参与者空间秩序感知维度及其对行为意向的影响。实证结果表明,节事参与者空间秩序感知包括空间布局、交通秩序、入场规定、服务管理、环境设施和参与者秩序6个维度和23个题项。多元回归分析表明,交通秩序和服务管理对行为意向有显著影响。研究结果有助于为节事空间设计和运作管理提供参考,从而促进节事活动的有序开展和可持续发展。Spatial order has been extensively studied in various fields,producing valuable research results.Previous studies have mainly emphasized the function of the event as the carrier of order,ignoring the order-related characteristics of the event itself.Taking Guangzhou International Lighting Festival as an example,the current study explored the perception dimension of spatial order and its impact on the behavioral intentions of event participants using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.Firstly,participants'perceptions of the spatial order of the Guangzhou International Lighting Festival were obtained through examining microblogs,comments,and interviews.We obtained 333 blog posts and 1683 comments,with a total of 2016 pieces of data and 72880 words.We recruited 26 interviewees,comprising14 male and 12 female participants,with a total of 25819 words.The spatial order themes were established using grounded theoretical research methods combined with NVivo l1.0 analysis software.Six dimensions of spatial order perception were identified using grounded theory research methods,including spatial layout,traffic order,admission regulations,service management,environmental facilities,and participant order.Secondly,through a focus group,expert opinion,and pre-survey,a formal scale of spatial order perception dimension of event participants was constructed,and 640 valid questionnaires were collected.Thirdly,through exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,and three competition models,the reliability and validity of the scale were empirically analyzed.Finally,multiple regression analysis was used to verify whether spatial order perception had a significant impact on behavioral intention and which dimensions had a predictive effect.The empirical results showed that the spatial order perception of festival participants included six dimensions and 23 items:Spatial layout,traffic order,admission regulations,service management,environmental facilities,and tourist order.Among them,spatial layout
