摘　　要：近年来,随着教师专业化理论和实践的发展,教师专业发展开始日益成为人们关注的焦点。高校作为社会的顶层力量,又是教育的最高点,对教育的发展起着至关重要的作用。日本较早形成了高校教师专业发展制度,在多年的实践中取得了较好成就。本文致力于对中日两国高校教师专业发展的历史进行梳理,总结两国高校专业发展的理念、机构、内容与形式的特点,审视我国高校教师专业发展的客观问题,为我国高校教师专业发展提供启示。In recent years,with the development of the theory and practice of teachers’professionalism,the content of teachers’professional development has begun to become the focus of people’s attention.As the top force of society and the highest point of education,colleges and universities naturally play a vital role in the development of education.Japan formed a teacher professional development system earlier and achieved good results in practice for many years.This article is committed to sorting out the history of the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities in China and Japan,summarizing the characteristics of the concept,institution,content and form of the professional development of colleges and universities in the two countries,examining the objective problems of the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities in China,and providing enlightenment for the prospects for the professional development of teachers in colleges and universities in China.
