摘　　要：银屑病是一种免疫介导的慢性炎症性皮肤病,目前认为银屑病的发病机制可能与遗传、免疫、药物、环境、心理等因素相关。银屑病不仅给患者生活带来了极大的影响,也加重了社会医疗的负担。在银屑病的治疗中,生物制剂作为新型的治疗方法展现了良好的治疗效果,但限于各种因素,传统药物治疗依然是银屑病治疗的重要部分。本文将银屑病治疗中的系统用药和外用药物内容进行综述,期望给临床医生提供参考。Psoriasis is an immune-mediated chronic inflammatory skin disease,which is currently thought to be linked with various factors,such as genetics,immunity,drugs,environment and psychology.Psoriasis not only brings great impact to the patients'lives,but also imposes a significant burden on society and healthcare.Although biologics have emerged as a promising treatment for psoriasis,conventional treatments still play a critical role in managing the disease.This article will provide clinical references with an overview of the systemic and topical drugs in the treatment of psoriasis.
