摘 要:目的比较不同采收期秦岭岩白菜中多糖的含量,确定最佳采收期。方法采集不同生长期的7批秦岭岩白菜药材,采用蒽酮-硫酸法分别测定不同采收期秦岭岩白菜中多糖的含量。结果最佳检测波长为584 nm,葡萄糖线性回归方程为A=6.7950C+0.0342,r=0.9994,线性范围为0.02~0.10 mg,平均加样回收率为103.05%,RSD为2.8%;秦岭岩白菜中多糖含量6月最低,为0.35%,9月最高,为3.22%。结论不同采收期秦岭岩白菜中多糖含量变化较大,最佳采收期为9月。Objective To compare the content of polysaccharides in Qinling Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae at different harvest times and determine its best harvest time.Methods Seven batches of Qinling Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae were collected at different growth stages, and the content of polysaccharides at different harvest stages was determined by anthrone-sulfuric acid method.Results The optimal detection wavelength was 584 nm, and the linear regression equation for glucose was A=6.7950C+0.0342,r=0.9994.The linear range was 0.02 to 0.10 mg. The average sample recovery was 103.05%,and the RSD was 2.8%;The polysaccharide content in Qinling bergenia was the lowest at 0.35% in June and the highest at 3.22% in September.Conclusion The polysaccharide content in Qinling Rhizoma Bergeniae Scopulosae varies greatly during different harvesting periods, and the best harvesting period is September.
