妇康丸联合中药穴位敷贴对剖宫产术后子宫复旧的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察妇康丸联合中药穴位敷贴对剖宫产术后子宫复旧的影响。方法 将123例剖宫产术后产妇采用随机数字表法分为对照组58例和治疗组65例,对照组产妇术后给予常规护理、静脉滴注缩宫素,并口服益母草胶囊;治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上口服妇康丸,并选取关元和子宫穴进行中药穴位敷贴,每贴8~10 h。2组共服用药物5 d。比较2组术后24 h出血量,术后第3天、第5天宫底高度,术后第10天子宫前后径、长径及横径,以及恶露持续时间。结果 治疗组术后24 h出血量,术后第3天及第5天宫底高度,术后第10天子宫长径、横径及前后径均小于对照组,恶露持续时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妇康丸联合中药穴位敷贴可促进剖宫产术后产妇子宫复旧,减少出血量。Objective To observe the effect of Fukang Wan(妇康丸)combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine on uterine involution after cesarean section. Methods A total of 123 parturients after cesarean section were randomly divided into a control group of 58 cases and a treatment group of 65 cases by digital table method. The control group received routine nursing care, intravenous infusion of oxytocin, and oral administration of Herba Leonuri capsule. The treatment group took Fukang Wan orally on the basis of the treatment method in the control group, and selected Guanyuanxue(RN4) and Zigongxue(EX-CA1)acupoints to apply traditional Chinese medicine for 8-10 hours each. The drugs were taken for 5 days. The bleeding volume in 24 hours after surgory, the height of the uterine fundus on the 3rd and 5th days after surgery, the anteroposterior, longitudinal, and transverse diameters of the uterus on the 10th day after surgery, and the duration of lochia were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding at 24 hours after surgery, the height of the uterine fundus on the 3rd and 5th days after surgery, the uterine longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, anterior posterior diameter on the 10th day after surgery, in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group. and the duration of lochia were shorter than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Fukang Wan combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can promote uterine involution and reduce bleeding in postpartum women after cesarean section.
