摘 要:查阅相关文献,从2型糖尿病模型KKAy小鼠的基本特征及中药单药、复方对KKAy小鼠的干预作用等2个方面进行概述,分析中药对2型糖尿病模型KKAy小鼠的降糖作用。认为KKAy小鼠会自发性出现“三多”症状,并伴有肥胖、高血糖、高胰岛素血症、胰岛功能不足及肝肾损伤等并发症,其发生发展机制与人类2型糖尿病非常接近,可广泛用于2型糖尿病的实验研究;单味中药及中药复方对2型糖尿病模型KKAy小鼠降糖作用及并发症方面的研究取得了一定进展,但对其作用机制的研究应更加深入。By reviewing relevant literature, this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of KKAy mice with type 2 diabetes and the intervention effect of single and compound Chinese medicine on KKAy mice, and analyzes the hypoglycemic effect of Chinese medicine on KKAy mice with type 2 diabetes.It is believed that KKAy mice would develop the symptoms of polydipsia, polyphagia, polyuria, often suffering from obesity, hyperglycemia, hyperinsulinemia, pancreatic islet dysfunction, liver and kidney damage and other complications.Its mechanism of occurrence and development is very close to human type 2 diabetes, which can be widely used in the experimental study of type 2 diabetes.Some progress has been made in the research on the hypoglycemic effect and complications of single Chinese medicine and compound Chinese medicine on type 2 diabetes model KKAy mice, but still more in-depth research is needed on its mechanism.
