基于微信公众号平台住院病案复印邮寄服务的探讨

摘　　要：目的了解基于微信公众号平台住院病案复印邮寄实施后住院病案复印的变化情况。方法收集广州某三甲综合医院医院信息系统中复印住院病案登记信息,对该院微信公众号服务开通前(2018年5月1日-2020年2月29日)和开通后(2020年3月1日-2021年12月31日)262751例出院患者的线上、线下复印数量采用独立样本t检验进行统计分析,其他数据采用非参检验及方差分析。结果在开通微信服务前后出院患者人数(P=0.639)及住院病案复印总张数(P=0.372)保持不变的情况下,线下病案复印月均张数明显下降,从开通前的月均26189.6±6666.6张降至开通后的月均21719.9±4574.9张,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013);服务开通后线上月均复印量(6123.3±1784.3张)占总复印量21.99%。结论基于微信公众号平台住院病案复印邮寄业务的实施改变了患者获取住院病案复印服务的行为。Objective To understand the changes of medical record copying after the implementation of the method of copy of inpatient medical records based on WeChat official accounts.Methods Medical record registration information were coliected from the hospital information system of a comprehensive Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Guangzhou.An independent sample t-test was conducted on the number of inpatient medical copies of 262751 discharged patients before the opening of public number platform service from May lst,2018 to February 29th,2020 and after the service from March Ist,2020 to December 31st,2021 in a Three A and Tertiary Hospital in Guangzhou.Nonparametric tests and variance analysis were used for other data.Results Under the circumstance that discharged patients and the total number of copied medical records remained unchanged,the total number of copied offline medical records decreased significantly(decreased from 26189.6±6666.6 to 21719.9±4574.9 and the difference was statistically significant(P-0.013)),Online mailing service accounted for 21.99%(6123.3±1784.3 copies)of the total number of copies when the WeChat service was optional.There was no significant statistic difference in the total number of discharged patients and the monthly average number of photocopies before and after WeChat service was implemented(Pvalues were 0.639 and 0.372,respectively).Conclusion The implementation of copy of inpatient medical records and mailing service had changed the behavior of patients in obtaining medical record services.
