某三甲妇幼专科医院床位利用效率及配置合理性分析

摘　　要：目的分析2020年医院各科室床位利用情况,为医院管理者决策提供支持。方法采用床位利用模型和床位效率综合评价指数对2020年1月1日-2020年12月31日13个临床科室的床位利用效率进行评价,再测算各科室开放床位数的合理区间。结果2020年某院平均开放床位数661张,实际占用总床日数289461,病床周转次数73.5次,病床使用率114.4%,13个临床科室中,床位效率型科室有9个,占全部科室的69.23%;床位周转型科室3个,床位压床型科室1个。运用床位工作效率指标测算开放床位合理区间,结果建议给科室A、B、C、G、J增加床位,D、F、L减少床位。结论两种指标评价方法分析床位利用效率,评价结果一致,是科学、可靠的综合评价方法。医院应定期分析床位利用情况,及时调整床位资源,促进医院健康可持续发展。Objective The utilization of hospital beds in each department in 2020 was analyzed to provide support for the decision-making of hospital managers. Methods Bed utilization model and comprehensive evaluation index of bed efficiency were used to evaluate the bed efficiency and calculate the reasonable interval of open beds of 13 clinical departments from January 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2020. Results In 2020, the average number of open beds in a hospital was 661, the actual total number of bed days was 289,461, the number of bed turnover was 73.5 times, and the rate of bed utilization was 114.4%. Among the 13 clinical departments, there were 9 bed efficiency departments,accounting for 69.23% of all departments. There were 3 bed week transition departments and 1 bed press department.The reasonable range of open beds was calculated by bed efficiency index. The results suggested to increase the number of beds in A, B, C, G and J, and reduce the number of beds in D, F and L. Conclusions The results of the two index evaluation methods to analyze the utilization efficiency of clinical beds were consistent. The two methods were simple,fast and practical comprehensive evaluation methods and could reflect the comprehensive evaluation of multiple indicators. The hospital managers should analyze the utilization situation of clinical beds regularly, timely adjust bed resources and promote the healthy and sustainable development of hospitals.
