甘特图管理模式对消化内科护理文书质量控制效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析甘特图管理模式应用于消化内科护理文书质量控制管理效果,以提升护理文书质量管理水平。方法将2020年1月1日-2020年12月31日期间某院消化内科15名护士与抽取的120份护理文书(运行病历)纳入研究组,研究组实施甘特图管理模式,并将2019年1月1日-2019年12月31日期间某院消化内科15名护士与抽取的120份护理文书纳入到对照组,对照组未实施甘特图管理模式,比较两组护理文书书写质量。结果研究组护理文书书写不合格率14.16%明显低于对照组30.83%,研究组各类护理文书(各类评估表、护理记录单、体温单、医嘱单)评分及总评分均高于对照组。研究组护理文书存在问题的发生率低于对照组(具体比较值:漏记(1.66%VS8.33%)、错记(2.50%VS8.33%)、记录不及时(0.83%VS5.00%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05))。结论甘特图不仅可以对护理文书质量控制项目进行全面、直观、详细展示,还有利于管理人员发现护理文书书写过程存在的问题和薄弱环节,因此甘特图管理模式能够有效强化消化内科护士护理文书书写能力,进一步提高护理文书质量,规避医疗纠纷风险。Objectives To study and analyze the effect of Gantt chart management mode applied to the quality control management of nursing documents in gastroenterology department, so as to improve the quality management level of nursing documents. Methods From January 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2020, 15 nurses from the gastroenterology department of a hospital and 120 nursing documents were included in the research group, and the research group implemented the Gantt chart management model. And 15 nurses from the gastroenterology department of a hospital and 120 nursing documents were included in the control group from January 1st, 2019 to December 31st, 2019, while the control group did not implement the Gantt chart management model. We compared the writing quality of nursing documents in the study group and the control group. Results The unqualified rate of writing nursing documents in the study group was 14.16%, which was significantly lower than 30.83% in the control group. The scores of various nursing documents in the study group were higher than those of the control group, and so was the total score. The incidence of problems such as omissions(2.50%VS 10.00%), mistakes(2.50%VS 8.33%), and delayed records(0.83%VS 5.83%) in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions The Gantt chart could not only display the quality of nursing documents comprehensively, intuitively and in detail, but also help managers find problems and weaknesses in the writing process of nursing documents. As a result, the Gantt chart management model could effectively strengthen the ability of nurses of gastroenterology department to write nursing documents, thereby further improving the quality of nursing documents and avoiding the risk of medical disputes.
