摘　　要：2023年3月(2023年3月1日0时至3月31日24时),除新型冠状病毒感染外,全国(不含香港地区、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区,下同)共报告法定传染病4171295例,死亡2393例。其中,甲类传染病未报告发病死亡病例。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、白喉、新生儿破伤风、人感染高致病性禽流感和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告,除新型冠状病毒感染外,其余20种乙类传染病共报告发病307520例,较上月(276757例)上升11%,较2022年同期(261600例)上升18%。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病及布鲁氏菌病,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的96%。报告死亡2354例,较2月(2327例)上升1%(27例),较2022年同期(1860例)上升27%(494例)。In March 2023(from 00:00,1 March to 24:00,31 March),except COVID-19,a total of 4171295 cases of notifiable communicable diseases,including 2393 deaths,were reported in China(except Hong Kong,Macao Special Administrative Regions and Taiwan,the same below).In communicable diseases in class A,no cases and no deaths were reported.In communicable diseases in class B,no cases and no deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome,poliomyelitis,diphtheria,neonatal tetanus,human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus and human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus were reported.For the remaining 20 communicable diseases,except COVID-19,in class B,a total of 307520 cases were reported,an increase of 11%compared with last month(276757 cases)and an increase of 18%compared with the same period in 2022(261600 cases).The first 5 diseases in terms of reported case number were viral hepatitis,pulmonary tuberculosis,syphilis,gonorrhea and brucellosis,accounting for 96%of the total reported cases in class B.A total of 2354 deaths were reported,an increase of 1%(27 deaths)compared with the last month(2327 deaths)and an increase of 27%(494 deaths)compared with the same period in 2022(1860 deaths).
