摘　　要：目的 探讨环泊酚注射液联合舒芬太尼用于老年全麻诱导镇静的半数有效剂量(median effective dose,ED50)。方法 选取2022年3-6月清华大学玉泉医院择期全麻手术的老年患者,根据2 min后诱导效果分为有效组和无效组,采用序贯法纳入患者,Probit概率回归法计算ED50。结果 共纳入患者23例,其中有效组13例,无效组10例,年龄65~78岁,平均(70.6±3.4)岁。环泊酚注射液联合舒芬太尼用于老年全麻诱导的ED50(95%CI)为0.243(0.177~0.294)mg/kg。结论 环泊酚注射液联合舒芬太尼用于老年全麻诱导镇静的半数有效剂量为0.243 mg/kg。Objective To explore the median effective dose(ED_(50))of ciprofloxacin injection combined with sufentanil for induction of general anesthesia in elderly patients.Methods Elderly patients scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia in Tsinghua University Yuquan Hospital from March to June 2022 were selected,and were divided into effective group and ineffective group according to the induction effect after 2 min,and the sequential method was used to observe the effect of medication on patients,the EDso was calculated by Probit probability regression method.Results A total of 23 patients were included,including 13 patients in the effective group and 10 patients in the ineffective group,the 23 patients aged from 65 to 78 years old,with an average age of(70.6±3.4)years.The ED_(50)(95%CI)for induction of general anesthesia of ciprofloxacin injection combined with sufentanil in elderly patients was 0.243(0.177-0.294)mg/kg.Conclusions The ED_(50) of ciprofloxacin injection combined with sufentanil for induction of general anesthesia in elderly patients is 0.243 mg/kg.
