左氧氟沙星联合肾舒颗粒对输尿管镜碎石术后并发重症感染的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜碎石术后并发重症感染应用左氧氟沙星联合肾舒颗粒的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月临床输尿管镜碎石术治疗患者共计90例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组45例使用左氧氟沙星,研究组45例联合使用肾舒颗粒,对2组所得治疗结局对比与探讨。结果研究组术后2周并发重症感染几率,低于对照组(P<0.05);2组术后药物治疗前症状评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后药物治疗后症状评分,优于对照组(P<0.05);2组对比术后药物治疗前后肾功能指标,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组术后药物治疗期间不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合肾舒颗粒,应用于输尿管镜碎石术后,可降低重症感染发生率,改善患者症状表现,对肾功能影响较小,不良反应发生几率较低,临床意义明确。Objective To investigate the effect of Cravit combined with Shenshu Granules in patients with severe infection after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods A total of 90 patients treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were enrolled.They were randomized to receive Cravit(the control group)or Shenshu Granules+Cravit(the study group).Treatment outcomes between groups were compared.Results The 2-week incidence of severe infections in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in symptom scores before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative symptom scores were better in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in renal function indexes before and after treatment between groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events during the treatment period between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy,the combination treatment of Cravit and Shenshu Granules can reduce the incidence of severe infection,and improve the symptoms with less impact on renal function and a low incidence of adverse events.
