摘 要:以芍药为试材,使用浸泡法和浇灌法将印度梨形孢(Serendipita indica)接种于芍药根系,将芍药进行促成栽培处理,研究印度梨形孢对芍药根系、生物量、株高、茎长、茎粗、花蕾数量、叶绿素含量、植株磷含量及其根际土壤磷含量的影响,以期为进一步研究印度梨形孢对寄主植物的生长及磷素吸收利用的影响提供参考依据。结果表明:印度梨形孢可侵染芍药当年新生的毛细根,但在多年生的根茎、块根中未发现定殖。接种印度梨形孢可提高芍药萌芽期、展叶期、现蕾期毛细根鲜质量14.14%、53.05%和39.62%;展叶期和现蕾期地上部鲜质量分别提高57.31%和49.46%;总叶绿素含量分别提高17.68%和34.15%;现蕾期茎长和花蕾数量分别提高22.84%和183.33%%。展叶期和现蕾期,芍药地上部磷含量分别显著提高了30.08%和40.61%,与萌芽期相比,现蕾期土壤全磷含量降低了9.38%,有效磷含量降低了31.49%。印度梨形孢可通过侵染芍药当年新生的毛细根,刺激毛细根生长、增强光合速率、增加芍药对有效磷的吸收、提高芍药地上部磷含量,促进芍药生长。Taking Paeonia lactiflora as test material,Serendipita indica was inoculated into P.lactiflora by soaking and watering.And the P.lactiflora was refrigerated to forcing cultivation.The effects of S.indica on P.lactiflora root system,biomass,plant height,stem length,stem diameter,flower bud number,chlorophyll content,plant phosphorus content and rhizosphere soil phosphorus content were analyzed,in order to provide reference for further study of the effect of S.indicaon the growth and phosphorus uptake and utilization of host plants.The results showed that S.indica could infect the new capillary roots of P.lactiflora,but did not colonize the perennial rhizomes and root tubers.The fresh weight of the capillary root was increased by 14.14%,53.05%and 39.62%,in the germination stage,leaf flushing stage and squaring stage respectively.In leaf flushing stage and budding stage,the fresh weight of shoot increased by 57.31%and 49.46%,respectively,total chlorophyll content increased by 17.68%and 34.15%,respectively,stem length and bud number increased by 22.84%%and 183.33%%,respectively.In the leaf flushing and squaring stages,the phosphorus content in the shoots of P.lactiflora increased by 30.08%and 40.61%,respectively.Compared with the budding stage,in the squaring stage the total phosphorus content in the soil decreased by 9.38%and the available phosphorus content decreased by 31.49%.S.indicacan stimulate the growth of capillary roots,enhance the photosynthetic rate,increase P.lactiflora′s absorption of available phosphorus,improve the phosphorus content in P.lactiflora shoots and promote the growth of Peony by infecting the newly born capillary roots of P.lactiflora.
