摘  要:百合作为“药食同源”的中药材,清代以来栽培逐步成为其药材来源的主流。随着百合市场需求量的增加,保护及分析百合种质资源的研究不断深入。百合群体间具有丰富的形态以及遗传变异,分别从表型性状多样性和DNA多样性2个方面的研究进展进行归纳,分析对百合种质资源的鉴定、选育优良种质带来的作用。百合栽培的成功与否不仅受基因控制,环境也是影响百合的产量以及品质的重要因素,因此归纳并分析百合连作障碍的危害、成因及缓解措施同样具有重要意义。综述百合种质资源遗传多样性及连作障碍的研究进展,为百合优良品种选育、遗传多样性保护以及道地产业的可持续发展提供参考依据。There are rich morphological and genetic variation among lily populations.In addition to the traditional morphological marker technology,molecular markers gradually rise and play an important role in the identification of lily germplasm resources,genetic diversity analysis and genetic map construction.The research progress of phenotypic character diversity and DNA diversity was summarized,and the effects on variety identification and breeding of excellent germplasm were analyzed.In addition to being controlled by genes,the environment is also an important factor affecting the yield and quality of lilies,so it is of great significance to summarize and analyze the harm,causes and mitigation measures of continuous cropping obstacles of lilies.The research progress on genetic diversity and continuous cropping obstacles of lily germplasm resources was reviewed,in order to provide reference for lily variety breeding,genetic diversity protection and sustainable development of authentic industry.
