摘 要:为了明确陕西省苹果园土壤线虫分布特征。本研究以3个产业带179个果园土壤总DNA为材料,采用高通量测序技术分析了果园土壤线虫群落组成。结果表明,陕西省苹果园土壤包含线虫2纲,12目,93属,其中Hexamermis是优势属,分别占陕北山地、渭北北部和渭北南部产业带的92.20%,89.73%和88.63%。不同产业带(纬度)和海拔对线虫ACE和Shannon指数具有显著影响(P<0.05)。聚类分析表明,渭北北部和渭北南部产业带线虫在属水平分布更相近。土壤含水率、有机质、全氮、全磷及pH与土壤线虫多样性指数及优势属Hexamermis和Paratylenchus显著相关(P<0.05)。本研究表明陕西省苹果园土壤线虫组成较丰富,但优势属较少。除纬度和海拔外,改良土壤因子对优化线虫群落结构,进而改善果园土壤环境具有重要作用。The aim is to elucidate the distribution characteristics of soil nematodes in apple orchards in Shaanxi Province.This study analyzed the composition of soil nematode communities by high-throughput sequencing,using total soil DNA from 179 orchards in three industrial belts.The results show that there are two classes,12 orders,and 93 genera of soil nematodes in the apple orchards in Shaanxi Province,of which Hexamermis is the dominant genus,accounting for 92.20%,89.73%,and 88.63%in the mountainous region in northern Shaanxi,northern Weibei and southern Weibei industrial belt,respectively.The ACE and Shannon indexes of nematodes are significantly affected by different industrial belts(latitudes)and altitudes(P<0.05).The cluster analysis shows that the distribution of nematodes in the northern Weibei industrial belt is more similar to that in the southern Weibei industrial belt at the genus level.Soil moisture content,organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,and pH are significantly correlated with soil nematode diversity indexes and dominant genera,such as Hexamermis and Paratylenchus(P<0.05).This study reveals that soil nematodes are abundant in the apple orchards in Shaanxi Province,but the dominant genera are fewer.In addition to latitude and altitude,improving soil properties can play a crucial role in optimizing the nematode community structure,and subsequently the soil environment in the apple orchards.
