摘  要:2μm波段激光用途广泛,既可以应用于激光雷达、激光测距和医疗手术等领域,又可以作为中长波红外波段激光器的泵浦源。采用激光二极管直接泵浦掺铥晶体获得2μm波段激光,是一种直接高效的技术手段,受到了广泛关注。本文介绍了Tm∶YAG、Tm∶YAP和Tm∶YLF脉冲激光器的研究进展,并进行了总结与展望。2μm band laser has a wide range of applications,not only in the fields of lidar,laser ranging,and medical surgery,but also as a pump source for mid and long wavelength infrared lasers.Using laser diodes to directly pump thulium-doped crystals to obtain lasers in the 2μm band is a direct and efficient technical means,which has attracted wide attention.This paper introduces the research progress of Tm∶YAG,Tm∶YAP,and Tm∶YLF pulsed lasers,and makes a summary and prospect.
