英国格拉斯哥公共图书馆癌症信息与支持服务项目研究

摘　　要：文章利用网络调查法与案例分析法,从项目基本情况、服务模式与内容、服务评估、服务保障四方面对英国格拉斯哥公共图书馆癌症信息与支持服务项目进行调查分析。研究发现,该项目注重特定用户群体的健康服务需求,注重提升馆员与志愿者的专业服务技能,注重建立良好的跨界合作关系,注重服务评估的客观与公开。基于研究结果,提出我国公共图书馆在开展癌症信息服务中应关注癌症患者及相关人群,参与并宣传社区癌症防治活动,开展跨界合作实现优势互补,吸纳志愿者加入服务团队。This paper uses the Internet survey method and case analysis method to investigate and analyze the cancer information and support service project of Glasgow Public Library in Britain,from project basic information,mode,content,evaluation and guarantee.The study found that the project paying attention to the health service needs of specific user groups,improving the professional service skills of librarians and volunteers,establishing agood cross-border cooperation relationship,paying attention to the objectivity and openness of service evaluation.Based on the research results,it is proposed that China's library cancer information service should focus on cancer patients and related populations,participate in and promote community cancer prevention and treatment activities,carry out cross-border cooperation to achieve complementary advantages,and attract volunteers to join the service team.
