关节腔注射富血小板血浆与臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察关节腔注射富血小板血浆(PRP)与臭氧(O3)治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法选取膝关节骨性关节炎患者40例作为研究对象,采用随机双盲法将其分为PRP组20例,O3组20例,均采取每周1次,连续3次进行关节腔注射PRP或O3的治疗,记录治疗前、治疗后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月的VAS评分及WOMAC评分,采用末次随访时Macnab疗效评价指标评价疗效。结果PRP组治疗后1周、1个月、3个月、6个月VAS评分及WOMAC评分均优于O3组(P<0.05)。PRP组临床治愈19例,显效1例,治疗改善率为85%;O3组临床治愈13例,显效3例,有效4例,治疗改善率为75%。结论富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗膝关节骨性关节炎短期疗效优于关节腔注射O3治疗膝关节骨性关节炎。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of intra-articular injection of platelet rich plasma(PRP)and ozone(O 3)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 40 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into PRP group(n=20)and O 3 group(n=20),all of them were treated with PRP or O 3 injection into the joint cavity once a week for three consecutive times,and the VAS scores and WOMAC scores were recorded before,one week,one month,three months and six months after treatment.Macnab efficacy evaluation index at the last following-up was used to evaluate the efficacy.Results The VAS scores and WOMAC scores of PRP group in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis one week,one month,three months and six months after treatment were better than those of O 3 group in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(P<0.05).19 cases were clinically cured and one case was effective in the PRP group,with a treatment improvement rate of 85%;13 cases were clinically cured,3 cases were effective,and 4 cases were effective in the O 3 group,with a treatment improvement rate of 75%.Conclusion Short-term efficacy of platelet rich plasma(PRP)for osteoarthritis of the knee is better than O 3 injection into the joint cavity for osteoarthritis of the knee.
