摘 要:为研究硫酸盐快速干湿循环条件下磷酸钾镁水泥(MKPC)浆体的性能。取MKPC净浆空白组(M1)、单掺石灰石(M2)、单掺硅灰(M3)以及双掺石灰石和硅灰(M4)4种MKPC浆体试件,在5%Na2SO4溶液进行全浸泡以及快速干湿循环。试验结果表明:在Na2SO4中浸泡90 d后,M1~M4的抗压强度相比自然养护28 d的抗压强度提高38.13%,46.10%,53.58%,83.30%,质量损失为1.69%,1.33%,1.09%,1.02%;180次的快速干湿循环后,M1~M4的抗压强度相比自然养护28 d的抗压强度提高16.79%,27.11%,39.92%,71.57%,质量损失为1.93%,1.48%,1.11%,1.09%。M1~M4试件的耐腐蚀系数均大于0.75,分别为0.85、0.87、0.91、0.94;添加矿物掺合料可较好改善MKPC硬化体在硫酸中的有抗压强度、质量损失以及耐腐蚀系数,说明MKPC硬化体具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。In order to study the effect of rapid dry and wet cycling on the physical properties of potassium magnesium phosphate cement(MKPC)under sodium sulfate.The hardened MKPC paste as the base(M1),single limestone(M2),single silica(M3),both limestone and silica fume(M4)were soaked completely and circulated dry and wet in 5%Na2SO4 solution medium.The results show that after soaking in Na2SO4 for 90 days,the compressive strength of M1-M4 increased by 38.13%,46.10%,53.58%and 83.30%compared with that of natural curing for 28 days,and the quality loss was 1.69%,1.33%,1.09%and 1.02%.After 180 times of rapid wet and dry cycles,the compressive strength of M1~M3 increased by 16.79%,27.11%,39.92%and 71.57%compared with that of natural curing for 28 days,and the quality loss was 1.93%,1.48%,1.11%and 1.09%.The corrosion resistance coefficients of M1-M4 specimens were all greater than 0.75,which were 0.85,0.87,0.91 and 0.94.Addition of mineral admixtures can better improve the compressive strength,mass loss and corrosion resistance coefficient of MKPC hardened body in sulfuric acid.Its results show that MKPC hardening body has good corrosion resistance.
