摘 要:为研究某立式轴流泵装置泵模式和反向发电模式的稳定特性,对该装置的泵模式和反向发电模式进行了全流道多工况数值模拟计算。通过数值模拟研究不同模式下的压力脉动分布规律,最终结果表明:泵模式下,最大压力脉动幅值出现在转轮进口前,约为转轮出口处的2倍。反向发电模式下,在轴向上转轮出口的压力脉动幅值最大,约为转轮进口处的2倍。两种模式下,转轮进口、转轮出口和导叶出口的压力脉动整体呈周期性,且主要受到转轮转动的影响。在频域方面,压力脉动主频为叶频,次频为主频的整数倍;与泵模式相比,反向发电模式下的压力脉动幅值整体更高,设计工况下反向发电工况压力脉动幅值高出约25%。研究结果可为泵站机组在泵模式和反向发电模式下保障其运行稳定以及改善压力脉动特性提供理论参考。In order to study the stability characteristics of the pump mode and the reverse power generation mode of a vertical axial flow pump,the numerical simulation of the pump mode and the reverse power generation mode of the vertical axial flow pump is carried out.The distribution of pressure pulsation under different modes is studied by numerical simulation.The final results show that the maximum pressure pulsation amplitude appears in front of the runner inlet in pump mode,which is about twice as large as that at the runner outlet.In the reverse power generation mode,the pressure pulsation amplitude at the axial runner outlet is the largest,which is about twice as large as that at the runner inlet.Under the two modes,the pressure pulsation of runner inlet,runner outlet and guide vane outlet is periodic and mainly affected by runner rotation.In the frequency domain,the main frequency of pressure pulsation is blade frequency,and the secondary frequency is an integral multiple of the main frequency.Compared with pump mode,the amplitude of pressure pulsation in reverse power generation mode is higher on the whole,and the amplitude in reverse power generation condition is about 25%higher than that in design condition.The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the stable operation and the improvement of pressure pulsation characteristics of the pump station during the conversion between pump mode and reverse generation mode.
