摘 要:轴流式转轮叶片空蚀是水电站常见现象,空蚀的本质和内在规律至今仍然是有待解决的科学问题,对空蚀危害的预防与处理,目前尚无统一的标准方法。本文对石塘电站3号转轮改造后空蚀产生原因进行分析,运用近似比转速模型进行CFD解析及模型试验,建立全波整流法空蚀噪动振动信号、叶片失重计算数学模型,查找转轮叶片空蚀产生的原因,制定转轮叶片空蚀处理对策和现场修复方案。叶片修复后第二年检查,空蚀深度和面积均减小40%以上,证明该叶片空蚀分析及修复方案能有效抑制空蚀劣化趋势,对水电站轴流式转轮空蚀研究和修复应用具有一定的借鉴作用。Cavitation of axial flow runner blade is a common fault of hydropower station.The nature and inherent regular pattern of cavitation phenomenon are still unsolved scientific problems.There is no unified standard method for prevention and treatment of cavitation influence.This paper analyzes the causes of No.3 wheel modified cavitation in Shitang hydropower station,the use of specific speed model for CFD analysis and model experiment.The paper also establishes a full-wave rectification method of cavitation noise,leaf weight loss calculation mathematical model of the dynamic vibration signal to find the reasons of the runner blade cavitation,formulate runner cavitation treatment countermeasures and on-site repair plan.In the second year after the blade repair,the cavitation depth and area decreased by more than 40%,which proved that the cavitation analysis and repair scheme of the blade could effectively inhibit the cavitation deterioration,provided a certain reference for the research and repair application of the axial flow runner cavitation in hydropower station.
