摘  要:为明确不同蓝莓品种间的遗传关系,利用ISSR标记对64个蓝莓品种进行DNA指纹分析,构建蓝莓品种的指纹图谱数据库。从60条ISSR引物中筛选出9条重复性稳定的多态性引物,共扩增出条带161条,其中多态性条带159条,平均多态百分率达98.8%,引物UBC841可将64个蓝莓品种区分开。利用扩增结果进行聚类分析,在相似系数0.568的水平可将试材分为3个类群,并对其遗传关系进行探讨。In order to clarify genetic relationship of different cultivars of blueberry,the inter-simple sequence repeat(ISSR)method was applied to analyze the DNA fingerprinting of 64 blueberry cultivars,and a fingerprints database was constructed.Nine ISSR primers,with high polymorphisms and good repeatability,were selected from 60 ISSR primers.Total 161 DNA bands were amplified,159 of which were polymorphic,the average polymorphism percentage was 98.8%.These varieties could be satisfactorily distinguished by a single ISSR primer UBC841.UPGMA algorithm showed that 64 cultivars could be clustered into 3 groups using a genetic similarity coefficient threshold of 0.568,and their genetic relationships was evaluated.
