摘　　要：采用多种增容剂对聚丙烯/聚酰胺6(PP/PA6)共混体系进行改性,包括:离子聚合物、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、聚乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-马来酸酐共聚物等。对共混物进行扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)以及断裂伸长率、低温断裂伸长率、耐磨性能测试和分析,讨论了不同种类增容剂的增容机理,探究了相容性对材料物理性能的影响。A variety of compatibilizers were used to modify the polypropylene/polyamide-6(PP/PA6)blend,including:ion polymer,maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene,polyethylene-butyl acrylate-maleic anhydride copolymer,etc.The compounds were tested and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),elongation at break,elongation at break,and wear resistance of the blends,and the capacitation mechanism of different types of compatibilizers was discussed,and the influence of compatibility on the physical properties of materials was explored.
