摘 要:萤石-硫酸法是国内工业生产无水氟化氢的主流工艺,具有工艺成熟、流程简单、生产效率高、矿物资源丰富等优点。然而无水氟化氢生产过程涉及的物料具有强酸性、腐蚀性和高毒性等特点,其生产工艺安全问题备受关注。本文旨在探讨萤石-硫酸法生产无水氟化氢工艺中存在的危险因素,提出优化的工艺安全措施,以期提高无水氟化氢生产工艺的安全性。Fluorite-sulfuric acid method is the mainstream process of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride production in China,which has the advantages of mature process,simple process,high production efficiency and rich mineral resources.However,the materials involved in the production process of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride have the characteristics of strong acidity,corrosiveness and high toxicity,and the safety of the production process has attracted much attention.This paper aims to explore the risk factors in the production of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride by fluorite-sulfuric acid method,and propose optimized process safety measures to improve the safety of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride production process.
