摘 要:农村代购代销店是基层供销合作社的代办网点,也是“依靠群众办商业”的组织形式。它肇端于20世纪50年代基层商业网点下伸以及对农村私商的社会主义改造,在政治运动、经济形势、商业体制等因素影响下逐步发展,经历了六七十年代两个高峰期,最终遍及全国乡村。透过农村代购代销店的发展历程、运作形态、实践作用和突出问题,可以窥见计划经济时期商业经济的结构性矛盾、来自基层的经济利益诉求,以及农村特殊的社会文化和管理资源约束。Rural purchasing and sales stores were branch points of the grassroots supply and marketing cooperatives and an organizational form of“relying on the masses to engage in commerce.”They originated from an extension of the grassroots commercial networks and the socialist transformation of rural private businesses in the 1950s,gradually developed under the influence of the political movements,economic situations,and commercial systems,and finally spread throughout the country’s rural areas after experiencing two peaks in the 1960s and 1970s.By examining the development process,operational form,practical role,and prominent problems of the rural purchasing and sales stores,we can glimpse at the structural contradictions in the commercial economy,the economic interests and demands from the grassroots levels,as well as the special social and cultural characteristics and the resource constraints of management in the rural areas during the period of the planned economy.
