摘 要:为消除流域集控中心的误调度、误操作、漏监视、漏执行等生产运行的风险,通过分析设备失灵、误调控的发生原因及其危害,采取增强可靠性、提前预警、拦截误调控、加强监督指导等一系列技术措施和管理方法,化解集控中心面临的远控防误风险,增强了梯级调控的适应性,为同类集控中心的技术改造提供了参考。In order to eliminate the risks of production and operation such as misscheduling,misoperation,poor monitoring and implementation for a cascade centralized control center,a series of technical measures and management approaches were adopted in terms of enhancing reliability,early warning,intercepting misregulation,and strengthening supervision and guidance by analyzing the causes and hazards of equipment failure and misregulation,which solves the risks the centralized control center suffered,enhances the adaptability of cascade control,and offers experience reference for technical transformation of similar centralized control centers.
