摘　　要：以一起定向爆破拆除烟囱项目为例,从经验公式和实践出发,逐项验证该爆破施工对周边在运电力设施的安全影响,提出主动保护策略和被动防范措施,并通过在线监测数据和现场观测验证方案制定和措施落实的有效性和正确性,对少数飞石穿越或跨越阻隔击中导线的不足之处,提出相关改进建议,为类似爆破施工活动中电力设施安全管控策略制定提供参考。Taking a project of directional blasting demolition of a chimney as example,the safety impact of the blasting construction on the surrounding power facilities one by one is verified from the perspective of empirical formulas and practices,active and passive preventive measures are put forward,and the effectiveness and correctness of scheme formulation and the implementation of measures are verified based on online monitoring data and field observation results.As for the shortcomings of a few flying stones crossing the barriers and hitting the lines,improvement suggestions are put forward for a larger safety margin,which offers reference for the formulation of safety management and control strategies in similar blasting projects.
