摘  要:某电厂2号机低压缸零出力改造后,非切缸工况运行相继出现各瓦轴振大问题,通过分析排查找出了各瓦轴振大的原因,并提出当出现振动波动不稳定的随机性振动情况时,要确认是否使用有浮动油档以及排查测振探头支架刚度的建议,有助于针对性地开展快速排查分析。Upon the low-pressure cylinder transformation of Unit 2 in a power plant,large vibration occurred successively in each bush during its non-cutting cylinder conditions.The causes of shaft vibration are found out based on analysis and troubleshooting,and a suggestion,beneficial to rapidly investigate and analyze such problems,is put forward that once the vibration occurs unstably in random,it is necessary to confirm whether a floating oil lever is used,and to check the stiffness of the support for vibration probes.
