摘　　要：针对架空地线绝缘装置缺陷造成线路安全稳定性下降的问题,通过分析绝缘装置设计与安装过程中可能存在的缺陷,归纳出影响绝缘装置性能的因素有施工安装、自然因素、出厂设计、线路负荷、分段绝缘等,并提出治理与防范措施,以改善输电系统的暂态稳定性,提升运行安全性。As for the defect in the insulation devices of overhead grounding wires which brings about the performance degradation of safety and stability of lines.By analysis on the defects that might exist in the design and installation of such insulation devices,the factors influencing the performance of insulation devices are summarized such as the construction and installation,natural factors,factory design,line load and sectional insulation,etc.,based on which the specific settlement and preventive measures are put forward so as to improve the transient stability and operating safety of transmission lines.
