摘 要:以矿油为油脂,三乙醇胺为中和剂,研究了脂肪酸组成、皂化度、油脂含量对皂基乳液体系性能和肤感体验的影响。结果表明,脂肪酸、碱、矿油、皂化度、实际皂含量等对皂基乳液体系的粘度、pH和平均粒径都有一定程度的影响。乳液pH由体系皂含量决定,皂基越多pH越高;皂基乳液体系表观粘度则由矿油、未被皂化的游离脂肪酸、皂含量共同决定,矿油和未被皂化的游离脂肪酸越多粘度越高,生成的皂基越多粘度越低;脂肪酸添加量越高,质感越厚重;矿油添加量越高,后端滋润感越明显;生成的皂基含量越高,后端干涩感则会越明显。In this study,the oil is mineral oil,and the neutralizer was triethanolamine,the effects of fatty acid composition and content,saponification degree,and lipid content difference on the performance and skin sensation of soap-based emulsion system were discussed.The results show that fatty acids,alkali,mineral oil,saponification degree and actual soap content have certain influence on the viscosity,pH and average particle size of the soap based emulsion system.Emulsion pH is determined by the soap content of the system,the more soap base,the higher the pH.The viscosity of soap-based emulsion system is jointly determined by the content of mineral oil,unsaponified free fatty acids and soap.The more mineral oil and unsaponified free fatty acids,the higher the viscosity will be,and the more soap groups generated,the lower the viscosity will be.The more fatty acids,the thicker the texture.The more mineral oil added,the more obvious moisture sensation.The higher the content of soap base generated,the more obvious the dryness of the back end.
