摘　　要：金属零件是工业设备的重要组成部分,生产制造过程中使用电镀工艺对其表面进行处理后,能够保障导热、导电等性能,预防表面腐蚀,延长使用寿命。概述了金属零件电镀内容,剖析了电镀表面处理工艺。以钢铁缺件为例,对表面处理工艺的应用进行了讨论。Metal parts are an important part of industrial equipment.After the surface is treated by electroplating process in the production and manufacturing process,it can ensure its thermal conductivity,conductivity and other properties,prevent surface corrosion and extend its service life.This study summarized the electroplating content of metal parts and analyzed the electroplating surface treatment process.Taking iron and steel missing parts as an example,the application of surface treatment technology of steel missing parts is discussed.
