摘  要:浓盐水厂是呼伦贝尔金鑫化工5080项目污水处理零排放系统中的重要工艺单元,主要对中水回用厂排放的浓水和污水回用厂排放的污水进行浓缩回收。该装置的主要工艺包括预处理、高效反渗透(HERO)和蒸发浓缩三个单元。生产工艺废水经工业深度处理后循环利用。预处理系统采用传统的机械搅拌加速澄清技术,设计中采用石灰纯碱法软化降低原水的浊度,以满足膜系统进水水质的要求。通过运行观察,石灰和纯碱工艺在系统运行过程中存在较大的潜在环境和健康危害。为了消除这一潜在危害,通过技术改造,将石灰纯碱工艺改为双碱工艺,从而达到改善现场操作环境,降低劳动强度,消除潜在危害的目的。The concentrated brine plant is an important process unit in the zero-discharge system of sewage treatment of the 5080 Project of Hulunbeier Jinxin Chemical Industry,which mainly concentrates and recycles the concentrated water discharged from the reclaimed water recycling plant and the sewage discharged from the sewage recycling plant.The main process of the plant includes three units:pretreatment,high-efficiency reverse osmosis(HERO)and evaporation concentration.The production process wastewater is recycled after industrial advanced treatment.The pre-treatment system adopts the traditional mechanical stirring accelerated clarifier technology,and the lime soda ash method is used in the design to soften and reduce the turbidity of the raw water,so as to meet the requirements of the inlet water quality of the membrane system.Through operation observation,the lime and soda ash process have large potential environmental and health hazards during the operation of the system.In order to eliminate this potential hazard,the lime and soda ash process are replaced by the double alkali process through technical transformation,thus achieving the purpose of improving the on-site operation environment,reducing labor intensity and eliminating the potential hazards.
