马城铁矿主斜坡道卵砾石层冻结技术研究

摘  要:马城铁矿主斜坡道在施工过程中需要穿越第四系的卵砾石地层,其具有结构松散、富水性强、孔隙率大、易坍塌等特点,地层自稳能力极差。主斜坡道在施工前经过反复的论证与研究,最终决定采用垂直孔全深冻结技术,利用螺杆式制冷压缩机进行制冷,借助循环盐水通过热量交换,对主斜坡道四周松散的卵砾石层进行冻结,进而形成一个用来抵抗地压、水压的圆柱形冻结帷幕(冻结壁),用来隔绝水和流砂层进而保障施工安全。通过对该段的实践验证,该技术对掘砌施工顺利通过卵砾石地层起到了关键作用,效果显著。The pebble and cobble strata of the Fourth Series,which is characterized by loose structure,water-richness,large porosity and easy to collapse and has very poor self-stability,needs to be traversed during construction of main ramp of Macheng iron ore mine.After repeated discussions and studies before the construction of the main ramp,it is finally decided to adopt the vertical hole total depth freezing technology,which uses a screw type refrigeration compressor for cooling and freezes the loose pebble and cobble strata around the main ramp with the help of circulating salt water through heat exchange,thus forming a cylindrical freezing curtain(freezing wall)to resist ground pressure and water pressure and isolate the water and drift sand layer to ensure construction safety.Through the practical verification of this section of construction,this technology has played a key role in the smooth passage of pebble and cobble strata in the excavation construction,and has shown remarkable effects.
