摘　　要：在确保主导施工过程的施工班组能够连续作业的前提下,从施工时间、施工进度、施工连续性方面,确定异节拍分层流水施工应具备的条件以及工期计算简式。异节拍流水施工有两种方式:连续式、断续式;两种方式有共同性,侧重点也不同,各有优劣。但异节拍流水施工优于其他施工方式。Under the premise of ensuring that the construction team leading the construction process can continue to work,diff erent rhythm layered fl ow construction should determine the conditions to be available and the duration of the calculation formula from the aspects of construction time,construction progress,construction continuity.There are two ways in the construction:continuous and discontinuous;the two methods have diff erent emphasis despite common features with advantages and disadvantages respectively.Even so,diff erent rhythm layered fl ow construction is better than other construction methods.
