增韧环氧树脂加固裂隙岩体结构的蠕变特性

摘  要:以提高环氧树脂加固裂隙岩体的韧性和长期强度为目的,根据岩体、结构面、环氧树脂复合结构变形和破坏特征,提出改进的Kelvin非线性蠕变模型,通过蠕变等时曲线,获得加速蠕变破坏的时间和长期强度。以延性塑性变形表征韧性,通过添加泥浆粉末来增强环氧树脂韧性,并建立韧性与长期强度关联表达式。结合实验验证,当烘干泥浆粉末掺量为20%时,环氧树脂的韧性与长期强度具有很好的关联性;当泥浆粉末掺量超过30%时,其延性和长期强度却降低,同时韧性效果明显减弱。To improve the toughness and long-term strength of fractured rock mass by reinforced epoxy,an improved Kelvin nonlinear creep model is proposed according to the deformation and failure characteristics of rock mass,structural plane and epoxy composite structure,the time and longterm strength of accelerated creep failure are obtained by the creep isochronous curve.The toughness is characterized by ductile plastic deformation.The toughness is enhanced by adding slurry powder,and the relationship between toughness and epoxy is established.The results show that the toughness and the long-term strength of the drying mud powder are well correlated when the content of the drying mud powder is 20%,but the ductility and the long-term strength are decreased when the content of the drying mud powder is more than 30%,and the toughness effect is weakened obviously.
