摘  要:为了降低永磁同步电机PMSM(permanent magnet synchronous motor)控制系统的成本并获得高分辨率的转速和转子位置信息,设计了一种采用开关型霍尔位置传感器来获取PMSM转速与转子位置的新型估计法。当电机运行时,通过电流补偿的一阶算法得到一组转速和转子位置数据;同时,将霍尔传感器输出的三相霍尔信号经过坐标变换和低通滤波器,得到含转子位置信息的霍尔矢量基波分量,利用正交锁相环OPLL(orthogonal phase-locked loop)提取出另一组转速和转子位置数据。然后,对两组数据采用加权平均处理的方法得到最终的估计转速和转子位置。仿真与实验结果表明,采用该方法减小了传统一阶算法估计结果的滞后性,提高了转速和转子位置估计精度。To reduce the cost of a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system and obtain the high-resolution information about the rotation speed and rotor position,a novel estimation method is designed,which uses a switch-type Hall position sensor to obtain the PMSM rotation speed and rotor position.When the motor is running,a set of rotation speed and rotor position data is obtained through current compensation using the first-order algorithm.At the same time,the output of three-phase Hall signal from the Hall sensor is subjected to coordinate transformation and a low-pass filter to obtain the fundamental component of the Hall vector containing the information about the rotor position,and orthogonal phase-locked loop(OPLL)is used to extract another set of rotation speed and rotor position data.Then,the weighted average processing method is applied to the two sets of data to obtain the final estimated rotation speed and rotor position.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method reduces the lag in estimation results obtained using the traditional first-order algorithm and improves the estimation accuracy of rotation speed and rotor position.
