摘　　要：办公自动化是办公部门与企业之间的信息交流平台,是各职能部门之间进行协作的重要平台。办公自动化是信息时代发展的必然趋势,将会在各个领域发挥重要的作用。由于新一代办公自动化系统是以网络为基础,能够将传统的计算机应用到现代化信息管理中去,并通过网络进行沟通交流处理。Office Automation(OA)is an information exchange platform between the office department and the enterprise,it is an important platform for collaboration between various functional departments.Office Automation(OA)is the inevitable trend of development in information age,it will play an important role in various fields.Because of the new generation of office automation system is based on the network,the traditional computer can be applied to the modernized information management,and through the network communication processing.
