夏慈消结散外敷联合化痰消瘿方内服治疗甲状腺结节临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察夏慈消结散外敷联合化痰消瘿方内服治疗甲状腺结节气郁痰阻证患者的临床疗效。方法 选取符合纳入标准的甲状腺结节患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予自拟化痰消瘿方口服,治疗组在化痰消瘿方口服的基础上加用夏慈消结散外敷治疗,治疗3个月后观察两组患者治疗前后的中医证候疗效、甲状腺结节大小、临床疗效、甲状腺功能及不良反应。结果 两组患者中医证候疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者甲状腺结节最大直径均显著缩小(P<0.05),且治疗组比对照组缩小更明显(P<0.05)。两组患者临床疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组患者甲状腺功能、肝肾功能未见明显异常。结论 夏慈消结散外敷联合化痰消瘿方口服能缩小甲状腺结节,提高临床疗效,改善中医证候疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of external application of Xiaci Xiaojie Powder combined with oral administration of Huatan Xiaoying Prescription in the treatment of thyroid nodules. Methods A total of 60 patients with thyroid nodules who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given oral administration of self-made Huatan Xiaoying Prescription, and those in the treatment group were given external application of Xiaci Xiaojie Powder in addition to the oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). After 3 months of treatment, the two groups were compared in terms of the treatment outcome of TCM syndrome, size of thyroid nodules, clinical outcome, thyroid function, and adverse reactions. Results The treatment group had a significantly better treatment outcome of TCM syndrome than the control group ( P<0.05 ). Both groups had a significant reduction in the maximum diameter of thyroid nodules after treatment ( P<0.05 ), and the treatment group had a significantly greater reduction than the control group ( P<0.05 ). The treatment group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group ( P<0.05 ). There were no marked abnormalities in thyroid function and liver and renal function in either group before and after treatment. Conclusion External application of Xiaci Xiaojie Powder combined with oral administration of Huatan Xiaoying Prescription can reduce the size thyroid nodules and improve clinical outcome and the treatment outcome of TCM syndrome.
