摘　　要：监狱已成为腐败的高发区及重灾区,治理监狱腐败刻不容缓。目前我国监狱腐败主要表现在刑罚执行变更、大宗物资采购、监狱企业运营、徇私枉法、滥用权力等方面。对于监狱腐败,建议采取建立健全监狱腐败治理相关法律制度,规范减刑、假释、暂予监外执法标准,加强对刑罚执行的监督制约,制定监狱主要官员财产申报检查制度等措施。Prison has become a place where corruption happens with high frequency and severe consequences;therefore the treatment of prison corruption is urgent.At present,prison corruption in China mainly manifests in changes in penalty execution,procurement of bulk materials,operation of prison enterprises,violation of law for private considerations,abuse of power,and other aspects.To prevent and manage prison corruption more scientifically and effectively,it is recommended to take measures such as formulating and improving laws and regulations,standardizing the prerequisites on commutation,parole,and temporary execution outside prison,strengthening supervision and punishment execution,and establishing a system for property declaration and inspection of key prison officials.
