摘　　要：“法无解释,不得适用。”审判实践中,法官需要通过解释法律将一般规则应用于具体个案,法律解释方法的正确选择与运用不仅是解释结果合法性与正当性的前提,也是民事裁判达至法律效果与社会效果相统一的重要保障。实践中仍存在因法律解释方法运用不当而导致裁判说理不充分、裁判结果不公正的现象。通过对弘扬社会主义核心价值观典型民事案例中法律解释方法的运用进行分析,能够更直观地发现问题并予以针对性改善,从而推动社会主义核心价值观更好融入裁判文书释法说理。"The law cannot be applied without interpretation." In judicial practice,judges need to apply general rules to specific cases by interpreting the law.The correct choice and application of legal interpretation methods are not only the premise of the legality and legitimacy of interpretation results,but also an important guarantee for the unity of legal effect and social effect of the civil judgment.However,in practice,there are still phenomena of insufficient reasoning and unfair judgment results due to improper application of legal interpretation methods.By analyzing the application of legal interpretation methods in typical civil cases that promote socialist core values,we can find out problems more intuitively.Therefore,we can use technology to improve the legal interpretation method to promote the better integration of socialist core values into the interpretation and reasoning of judicial documents,so that the judicial process and results are not only legal,but also reasonable.
