摘  要:6 kV断路器作为发电厂重要的厂用电配电设备,承担着大功率负荷断路器、变压器、母线断路器等多项职能。断路器连杆断裂、分合闸机构故障、触头损坏等因素会导致的6 kV断路器的单相、两相运行,严重影响运行人员的判断,或导致设备异常运行,进而导致事故扩大。文章针对两起6 kV断路器非全相运行的案例,对事件背后的原因进行分析,并为运行人员对类似事件的处理提供了应对措施。As important power distribution equipment of station services in power plants,6 kV circuit breakers undertake many functions such as high-power load circuit breakers,transformers,and bus circuit breakers.The breakage of the connecting rod of the circuit breaker,the failure of the switching closing mechanism,the damage of the contact and other factors can lead to the single-phase and two-phase operation of 6 kV circuit breakers,which will seriously affect the judgment of operators,or cause the equipment to operate abnormally,and then lead to the expansion of the accident.In view of two cases of the open-phase operation of 6 kV circuit breakers,this paper analyzes the reasons behind incidents,and provides countermeasures for operators to deal with similar incidents.
