摘 要:随着时代的发展,当前我国的机械制造水平的日益提升,飞机作为当前时代背景下交通运输军事任务等情境下的重要工具,保证其质量合格具备十分重要的现实意义。钣金零件属于航空产品最基本的组成单元,其质量能够对产品的性能质量、制造成本产生直接影响。数字化是现代制造技术发展的主要方向,同时也是飞机钣金零件制造的主要发展方向。该文通过对相关文献进行查阅,对飞机钣金零件制造数字化的重要价值进行了简要阐述,在功能需求分析的基础上,完成了飞机钣金零件数字化制造系统的设计,并对其应用思路进行了研究,希望该研究内容能够为我国飞机钣金零件制造技术的发展提供一定的理论指导。With the development of the times,at present,the level of machinery manufacturing in China is improving day by day.As an important tool for people's travel and military missions in the context of the current era,it is of great practical significance to ensure the qualification of the quality of the aircraft.Sheet metal parts are the most basic components of aviation products,and their quality can have a direct impact on the performance quality and manufacturing costs of products.Digitization is the main development direction of modern manufacturing technology,and also the main development direction of aircraft sheet metal parts manufacturing.This paper briefly describes the important value of the digitalization of aircraft sheet metal parts manufacturing by consulting relevant literature,completes the design of the digitalization manufacturing system of aircraft sheet metal parts on the basis of functional requirements analysis,and studies its application ideas,hoping that this research content can provide some theoretical guidance for the development of aircraft sheet metal parts manufacturing technology in China.
