摘  要:基于课题组前期的试验研究,对新型装配式砼框架中柱节点的5种型号做有限元模拟,并将效果最佳的模拟参数用于变尺寸模型中,试图得出抗震性能最好的节点类型。研究表明,在往复加载下,NFC-3与NFC-4的模拟与试验的滞回曲线较完美贴合,其余型号仅在负向极限荷载上有所差距;施工缝变尺寸模型在总耗能方面,中柱边梁与后浇区在纵向的接触面积越大,总耗能越强;而后浇区与边梁的横向接触面积过大或过小,均不利于纵向接触耗能的发挥;边梁下部或上部纵向长度越长,刚度退化影响越小。模型S123的耗能能力与刚度退化表现突出,即边梁阶梯高度为梁高的一半,阶梯延出长度为0.3 m的新型节点抗震性能最佳。Based on the experimental research in the early state of the research group,five types of mid-column joints in the new prefabricated concrete frame are carried out the finite element modelling,and the best modelling parameter is used in the variable-size model to try to obtain the type of joints with the best seismic performance.Research results shows that,under the reciprocating load,the hysteresis curves of the simulation and test of NFC-3 and NFC-4 fit perfectly,while the other types only differ in the negative ultimate load,that in the terms of total energy consumption of the variable-size model of construction joints,the larger the longitudinal contact area between the mid-column side beam and the post-cast area is,the stronger the total energy consumption is,while the too large or too small transverse contact area between the post-cast area and the side beam is not conducive to the exertion of energy consumption of the longitudinal contact,and that the longer the longitudinal length of the lower or upper part of the boundary beam is,the smaller the influence of stiffness degradation is,and model S123 has prominent performance in the energy dissipation capacity and stiffness degradation,that is,the height of the side beam step is half of beam height,and the new type of joints with a 0.3m extension length of the step has the best seismic performance.
