摘　　要：本次试验通过测试双酚A环氧树脂与多元胺固化剂搭配制备环氧涂层清漆,试验了不同分子量的双酚A环氧树脂和不同种类的多元胺固化剂,以及不同用量的固化剂和不同类型附着力促进剂对漆膜性能的耐性影响。实验表明,E51型双酚A环氧树脂搭配脂环胺固化剂配制的涂层交联度最高,在耐热水、耐不同浓度的乙酸溶液、耐不同浓度的乙醇溶液效果最好。This experiment prepared epoxy coating varnish by testing the combination of bisphenol A epoxy resin and polyamine curing agent.Different molecular weights of bisphenol A epoxy resin and different types of polyamine curing agents were tested,as well as the impact of different amounts of curing agent and different types of adhesion promoter on the resistance of paint film performance.The experiment shows that the coating prepared with E51 bisphenol A epoxy resin and alicyclic amine curing agent has the highest crosslinking degree,and has the best resistance to hot water,acetic acid solution of different concentrations,and ethanol solution of different concentrations.
