摘 要:本文主要探究了单滴微萃取技术与石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪联合测定水中锑含量的方法。使用半水酒石酸锑钾配制锑(Ⅲ)标准溶液,使用直接浸入式单滴微萃取装置进行萃取,实现锑(Ⅲ)的富集。将萃取后得到的水样放于石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪中,测定其中锑(Ⅲ)的含量。文章通过实验对单滴微萃取条件和光谱条件进行了优化,结果表明:选用BPHA螯合剂,并将其浓度设定为8×10^(-5) mol/L,以600 rpm的速率进行磁力搅拌,可以达到最理想的萃取效果;将原子化温度设定为2000℃,原子吸收光谱效果最优。检出限为0.01μg/L,回收率范围在97.9%~104%,精密度良好。The determination of antimony in water by single-drop microextraction and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer was studied in this paper.The concentration of antimony(Ⅲ)was achieved by preparing antimony(Ⅲ)standard solution with antimony potassium semi-aqueous tartrate,which was extracted by direct immersion single-drop microextraction device.The extracted water sample was put into graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer to determine the content of antimony(Ⅲ).In this paper,the conditions of single drop microextraction and spectral conditions were optimized through experiments.The results showed that the optimal extraction effect could be achieved by using BPHA chelating agent,setting its concentration as 8×10^(-5) mol/L and magnetic stirring at the rate of 600 rpm.When the the atomization temperature is set at 2000℃,the atomic absorption spectrum effect is optimal.The limit of detection was 0.01μg/L,the recovery was 97.9%~104%,and the precision was good.
