摘　　要：在泉店煤矿开切眼平均坡度30°,局部最大坡度40°的二_(1)-11080综采工作面安装过程中,通过工作面设计、运输系统及设备布置的优化,对矿井传统的解体运输工艺进行了改造,成功实现整架运输,在人身设备及运输安全零事故的前提下成功缩短工期9 d。During the installation processing of the No.11080 fully mechanized mining face in average 30°and the max 40°inclined seam,we transformed the traditional disintegration and transportation process through the optimization of mining face design、transportation system and equipment layout.We successfully realized the vehicle transportation.The period of construction was successfully shorten by 9 days on the premise of no accidents in personal、equipment and transportation.
