摘 要:M310系列压水堆核电厂反应堆硼和水补给系统硼酸过滤器(REA011FI)因活化产物沉积而形成辐射热点,对在此区域开展巡检、检修等工作的作业人员集体剂量产生较大贡献。本文通过对方家山机组硼酸过滤器的辐射热点成因分析研究,找到了一种可以在机组功率运行期间消除此热点的方法。经方家山机组运行实践证明,该方法可有效避免REA011FI硼酸过滤器在机组功率运行期间形成辐射热点。另一方面,通过变更增加滑动开合式辐射屏蔽装置的方式,在大修期间极大程度降低了REA011FI硼酸过滤器辐射热点的剂量率水平。通过2种技术手段相结合,确保了REA011FI硼酸过滤器辐射热点无论在运行还是大修期间,对环境剂量率的影响均保持在0.01 mSv/h以下;从而将单台机组每年的集体剂量降低了约6.89人mSv,是辐射防护最优化的良好实践。The boric acid filter(REA011FI)of the boric and water supply system in the M310 series PWR nuclear power plant will became radiation hot spots due to the deposition of activation products,working such as inspection and maintenance in this area make a great contribution to the collective dose of workers.In this paper,we analyzed the causation of radiation hot spots of boric acid filter in Fangjiashan PWR NPP,and found an effective method to eliminate this hot spots during power operation.On the one hand,the operation practice of Fangjiashan PWR NPP has proved that this method can effectively avoid the formation of radiation hot spots in the REA011FI boric acid filter during power operation.On the other hand,by changing and adding slide-able radiation shielding devices,the dose rate level at the radiation hot spots of the REA011FI has been diminished dramatically during overhaul.Combination of these two technical methods can make sure that the radiation dose rate of REA011FI maintains below 0.01 mSv/h to the surrounding environment in normal operation condition.As a result,the annual collective dose of a single PWR unit is reduced by about 6.89 man·mSv,which is a good practice for optimizing radiation protection.
