老年前期人群退休规划过程量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的汉化退休规划过程量表,并检验其信效度,为我国老年前期人群退休规划测评提供工具。方法基于Brislin翻译模式,对退休规划过程量表进行汉化和跨文化调适,方便抽样选取598名老年前期人群进行问卷调查,对结果进行信度和效度分析。结果中文版退休规划过程量表包含4个维度,39个条目,总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.982、奇偶分半信度为0.915、重测信度为0.865。总量表的内容效度指数为0.980,探索性因子分析提取了4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为74.387%;验证性因子分析显示各拟合指标均达标。各维度与量表总分的相关性为0.816~0.930。结论中文版退休规划过程量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为我国老年前期人群退休规划的评估工具。Objective To translate,and to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Process of Retirement Planning Scale(C-PRePS),and to provide a tool for the evaluation of retirement planning for the pre-elderly people in China.Methods With Brislin translation model,the C-PRePS was translated into Chinese.After cross-cultural adaptation,598 pre-elderly people were conveniently selected for questionnaire survey to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results The C-PRePS contained 4 dimensions and 39 items.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the total scale was 0.982;the odd-even fold-half reliability 0.915,and the test-retest reliability 0.865.Content validity index of the total scale was 0.980.Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 74.387%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that each fitting index was up to standard.The correlation between each dimension and the total scale score was 0.816 to 0.930.Conclusion The C-PRePS has good reliability and validity,and can be used as an evaluation tool for retirement planning for the pre-elderly people in China.
