摘  要:受电源结构有效装机容量不足影响,火电机组调峰深度不断加大,而当前电网调度机构依靠人工上报方式获取火电机组发电能力信息,存在数据提供不准确、数据获取不及时的问题,且火电机组出力受阻、非停、检修情况真实性核查手段单一。对此,进行火电机组发电能力在线评价平台建设,全方位动态监测火电机组运行信息状态,实现机组发电能力精准超前预测与事故在线远程分析,全面提高调度机构对火电机组的运行管控能力。Due to the insufficient installed power supply capacity,the depth of peak regulation for coal-fired thermal power units continues to increase,the power grid scheduling agency relies on manual reporting to obtain information on the power generation capacity of thermal power units,which results in inaccurate data and untimely data acquisition.Moreover,the means of verification authenticity for blocked thermal power unit output,unplanned outages,and shutdown maintenance are single.In this regard,an online evaluation platform for the power generation capacity of thermal power units is constructed,which can dynamically monitor the operational information status of thermal power units in an all-around way.In addition,this platform achieves accurate and advanced prediction of unit power generation capacity and online remote analysis of accidents,comprehensively improves the operational control capability of scheduling agencies for thermal power units.
